DELIVERY
The delivery term may vary from 1 to 5 days within the European Union.
The cost of delivery may vary from 0 to 9,99 euro within the European Union.
The estimated delivery time and the delivery cost will be displayed when finalizing an order, right before placing it.
All the orders will be processed, packed and deliverd to the courier within 1-2 working days of receiving the order, with the exception of the products in the “Pre-order” section.
Orders received from the “Pre-order” section are orders of products that have not yet been produced and / or assembled and which are to be produced and / or assembled within 1-14 working days and delivered within 1-2 days from the completion of the production/assembly term

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Any item ordered can be returned within 14 days to be exchanged, or for a refund of its value without any justification.
To return any ordered item that did not fit, please send an e-mail with the text “Return” to the address support@carousel1994.com
Within a maximum of 48 hours you will receive a reply by e-mail with the form and all the details for making the return.
The amount paid will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 14 working days after receiving the returned items in their original condition.
Only returns that are accompanied by all the completed information, according to the return email, are considered valid. The information can be sent by e-mail or directly in the package. Only items that have not been altered in any way and are returned in their original form with all items intact (box, warranty certificate) are accepted for return. The return of items without a box, or with the box altered in any way, is not accepted because these items cannot be sold later at their real value.
Items must be sent exclusively by express courier, the cost of which is borne by the buyer.
